Shiney was sentenced to seven years in penitentiary on March 30 by a Mumbai sessions court. Now, he has confronted the conviction at the higher level of legal.
“Equity A.R. Joshi acceded the request challenging Shiney's conviction by a sessions court, which sentenced him to seven years meticulous detainment,” Shiney Ahuja's attorney Shrikant Shivade told a news bureau.
